The market statistics for Barnstable homes this January show little change from end of December, except the actual month of January does indeed indicate a slight increase in total closings and pending sales. But, we do have a 50% increase, year over year, in cumulative days on market!
What is in store? We need to see more numbers on inventory. There has been a slight raise in single family homes over the past month, but not significant. We are affirmatively in a sellers' market! If I had a home to sell, now would be the time!
