Susan's presentation was the least glossy, and the most accurate. She predicted and delivered a higher selling price than any of her colleagues, and her estimate was surpassed. She handled many of the details in preparing the property for sale, far more than one might expect. She kept her cool when some actors on the other side of the deal began to lose their wits. She is smart, industrious, patient, wise. A real gem.
