We recently worked with Sue to purchase a home on Cape Cod. Sue was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with from the day we met through to close! She knows the market inside and out, is extremely responsive and went well above and beyond our expectations every step of the way. I had a challenging property to sell. It had a gorgeous view, yet the house needed work and the septic needed replacement tho it was in working fine. Susan knew how to handle it and who to call for bids and estimates. She hung in there when the going was tough with the conservation boards and board of health's indecisions. it took awhile but all came through. She is also very resourceful being Cape Codder herself and has a great sense of humor!
