Debra Martin has been the CEO of ERA Cape Real Estate for 10 years, as well as the Director of the Mid Cape Real Estate School.  She teaches pre- licensing classes, continuing education, and agent development courses for her school and the Cape Cod and Islands Assoc. of Realtors for the state of MA.   Debras' work at CCIAOR includes several years on the Board of Directors, as well as being elected as Treasurer and President.  She is the recipient of the Charles Lockhart Service Award and the Realtor of the Year Award for the Association and MLS.   Her expertise has allowed her to formally counsel both clients and companies on real estate related matters.  

She is married to Dick Martin, Principal of ERA Cape Real Estate, and they have one son, Kyle Martin, who works in Washington.
