Carole Phelps has been a seasoned Realtor since 1992 when she started her career in Connecticut. She has extensive experience in new construction both in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Since 2002 she has been located here on Cape Cod servicing buyers and sellers. Carole has also been involved in the summer rental and year round rental business.
