As a transplant to Cape Cod I know how difficult the buying/selling process can be. My husband Joe and I moved to the Cape 7 years ago after years of vacationing here with our children. We chose the Cape for its beautiful beaches and relaxed way of life. We sold the house we lived in and raised our children in after 20 years, and I know what a stressful transition it can be.
Prior to my move to the Cape I worked for a Real Estate developer in New York and Connecticut for 12 years.
