Debra Martin has been involved with her husbands' real estate company as a salesperson and administrator since 1986. She is currently the COO of ERA Cape Real Estate and manages the day to day operations. Debra has served on the Board of Directors at the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and several committees such as professional standards, grievance, and education. Debra has a BA from Clark University in Social Psychology and she and Dick Martin have one son, Kyle, who is living and working in Newport, RI for the Naval Underwater War Laboratory.
